My Journey with Journaling
Years ago, I was used to always "running after my goals and organising my outer world - planning, breaking down goals into smaller achievable steps, making road maps and strategies to achieve my goals & measuring my growth mostly that way " but with little to none reflection on my inner world. Until burnout knocked on my door few times (and trust me, every next time it knocked harder). I focused so much on external achievements that I ignored ( or tried to put it aside ) the pressure brewing inside. One day, I felt the need to release it somewhere and a piece of paper and pen became my way of doing so.
